Service Description

Precision Headhunting is Ayers & Co.’s flagship placement service for companies that cannot afford a mis-hire. This is not job-board recruiting. This is controlled, targeted talent acquisition built around alignment, discretion, and accuracy. Every engagement begins with a focused 1-hour calibration call. We clarify what success actually looks like — not just responsibilities, but performance expectations, cultural fit, urgency, and risk tolerance. From there, we execute a structured outbound headhunt. We identify, engage, and evaluate professionals who already align with the role — instead of hoping the right candidate applies. You don’t receive resume volume. You receive a tight, qualified shortlist backed by honest insight and context. We stay engaged through interview execution, feedback loops, and offer stage to ensure alignment and close. This service is built for critical, revenue-driving, or hard-to-fill roles where speed, precision, and trust matter most. What You Receive • 1-hour strategic role calibration call • Clear definition of must-haves vs. negotiables • Targeted outbound headhunting (no job board dependency) • Structured candidate evaluation beyond the resume • A small, high-confidence shortlist • Interview and offer-stage advisory support Our Process Align – Define success criteria, risk tolerance, and real priorities Target – Identify and engage professionals who already fit the brief Evaluate – Technically screened, culture-aligned, compensation alignment, ready for interview Close – Support interviews, feedback cadence, and offer execution Investment: 22% of the first-year base salary $2,000 upfront engagement fee (credited toward the final placement fee) Success-based. No hire, no remaining fee.


Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy This policy applies to all Ayers & Co. services, including Precision Headhunting, Resume & Career Strategy Sessions, Interview Readiness, and Fractional TA Partner engagements. Booking Policy All services must be booked in advance and are confirmed once payment is received and a session or engagement start date is scheduled. By booking a service with Ayers & Co., you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel a booked session, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are not eligible for refund • No-shows are considered a cancellation and are non-refundable This policy allows us to protect reserved time and maintain availability for other clients. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule a booked session with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. • Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be accommodated • Rescheduled sessions must occur within a reasonable timeframe agreed upon by both parties Refund Policy Due to the nature of professional services and time-based commitments: • No refunds will be issued after 14 days from the original purchase date • Services that have already been delivered, partially delivered, or initiated are non-refundable • Fractional TA Partner engagements are billed month-to-month and are non-refundable once a service period has begun Additional Notes • Ayers & Co. reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided • Refunds or exceptions, if any, are made at the sole discretion of Ayers & Co.
