Refund & Cancellation Policy
Ayers & Co. values your time—and ours. Because our services involve reserved time, preparation, and strategic work, the following cancellation and refund terms apply to all purchases.
Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable after 14 days from the purchase date, regardless of whether the service has been scheduled or delivered.
Refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase may be considered only if:

No services have been rendered, and
-
No preparation, strategy work, or consultation time has begun
Once the 14-day period has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur additional fees.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are considered a forfeited session and are not eligible for refund or credit.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be declined or counted as a completed session.

Repeated rescheduling requests may require the purchase of a new session.
No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a no-show and will result in full forfeiture of the session, with no refund or reschedule option.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy are rare and may be considered only in the event of:

Technical failure on Ayers & Co.’s end, or
-
Documented emergency circumstances, at Ayers & Co.’s discretion
Approval of any exception does not establish precedent for future requests.
