Frank Ayers is the Founder of Ayers & Co. and brings a people-first, results-driven mindset to hiring shaped by an unconventional background.
Before recruiting, Frank worked as a personal trainer, helping individuals set goals, stay accountable, and make meaningful progress over time. That experience still defines how he approaches hiring today. Clear expectations, honest feedback, and consistency matter.
Now based in Charleston, South Carolina, Frank has nearly four years of recruiting experience and has supported 75+ successful placements across GovCon, cleared, technical, and operational roles. He works directly with hiring managers and candidates, focusing on alignment, trust, and long-term fit, not shortcuts.
